Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States.

Processing time. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time. US delivery typically takes 8–15 business days after dispatch. Every order is fully tracked — you'll receive your tracking link by email within 48 hours of your order shipping.

Shipping costs. Free US shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

Duties & fees. All prices are final — there are no customs charges, import duties or surprise fees on delivery. Ever.

Address changes. Need to fix an address? Email support@lunaveila.com as soon as possible — we can update it any time before the order ships.

Lost or stuck packages. If your tracking hasn't moved for 10+ days or your package appears lost, email us at support@lunaveila.com and we'll investigate and make it right — replacement or refund.
