WHAT WE COLLECT
- Order information — your name, shipping address, email, phone number, and the items you purchase, so we can fulfill and deliver your order.
- Payment information — processed securely by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
- Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter or contact support.
- Review submissions — display name, email and order number, used only to verify that a review comes from a real customer. Your email and order number are never published.
- Device and usage data — through cookies and similar technologies (see below).
HOW WE USE IT
To process and deliver orders, send order updates, answer support requests, verify reviews, send marketing emails if you signed up (unsubscribe anytime with one click), prevent fraud, and improve the store.
COOKIES & ADVERTISING
We use essential cookies to make the store work (cart, checkout), analytics cookies to understand how the site is used, and advertising tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure and improve our ads. You can manage preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings.
WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH
Only service providers who help us run the store: Shopify (hosting and checkout), payment processors, shipping carriers, email services, Meta (advertising measurement) and Cloudflare (site infrastructure). They may only use your data to provide their services to us. We never sell your personal information.
DATA RETENTION
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations, and delete or anonymize data we no longer need.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@lunaveila.com. If you are a resident of California or another US state with a privacy law, or of the EU/UK, you may have additional rights under those laws — contact us and we'll honor them. You can opt out of marketing emails anytime via the unsubscribe link.
CHILDREN
Our store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
CHANGES
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
